Industry Connect Program aims at preparing the students to be industry competent. It gives the students a chance to have live industry interaction & capture problem statement. The program is designed to build industrial competency by inculcating confidence, team building, adaptability, decision making abilities in young minds enabling them to become industry ready. Associated Partner Industries and Subject experts are engaged for effective course delivery and regular assessment.

1. Why should I join ICP program? You should join this program to learn scientific & logical process to establish & strengthen regional industry connect during your graduation itself. This will help you to identify employability skills, today’s industry is looking for. 2. What is the eligibility criterion to participate in this program?/Who can join ICP? Participant’s age shall be 14 years & above. Some of the required qualities are willingness, curiosity, enthusiasm, and readiness to take efforts to get associated with industry. 3. What does industry expect from young graduates? Apart from domain knowledge the industry is looking for skills like adaptability, teamwork, time management, problem solving skills, decision making ability, communication skills. 4. I am in a remote place where there are no industries around me. In such case how can I connect to industry? Participants in remote area can effectively use the digital platform or mobile communication to establish connect with industry. Our Mentors/Trainers guide the participant to do this. 5. Can the trainers help me in setting my goals and connecting me to industry? Yes, our mentors & team is always there to support you to link & connect with industry. We train participants to effectively initiate communication with industry through audio pitch. We also provide required documents & an email from MACCIA that helps them establish industry connect. 6. Will the trainers/mentors allocate industry to me? Trainers/mentors will not allocate any industry to you. They will guide you, extend all required support to link & connect with industry. Who will be the mentors? Lead mentors of Innoeversity & Industry experts with 15 plus years of experience. 8. Who are the certifying agencies for the program? Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (MACCIA) & Innoeversity for Maharashtra. For Gujrat and Assam the local Industry Association and Innoeversity. 9. What is the criteria to get certification for this program? Participants must complete & submit all the assignments on time. Participants must link & connect with at least one industry. 10. Will I get internship / Job after completing this program? We are not a placement agency. However during the program you become aware of your personality and passion. The radar mapping alongwith these help you to decide your career path. Enhanced employability skills improves your chances to get internship or job. 11. What will be the mode of conduction for the study? Whether it would be online or offline? It is hybrid mode. Online guided mentoring followed by offline assignments. 12. What are the resources required? Laptop,Mobile or PC & good internet connectivity. 13. What accreditation will I be receiving at the end of the program? A certification by local industry association and Innoeversity. 14. How can I pay the course fees? Through the payment gateway on Innoeversity portal. 15. Is it possible to cancel the registration and seek refund in unforeseen circumstances? 15 days before the start of the course – 100% refund. No refund after that Once purchased there is no refund. This is hybrid module, delivered through guided mentoring session supported with field activities with industries around your region.
The program is delievered using hybrid mode of learning (On-line LMS, Guided mentoring through ZOOM and on-field activities in any micro-small-medium-large industry, around your region)
